Gift Card Policy
Please take a moment to review the terms before purchasing a gift card. By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to the following conditions:
• All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, in part or in full.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, they will no longer be accepted.
• Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original intended recipient unless otherwise authorized by Tokiwa Lee Studio.
• Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards will not be replaced.
• Gift cards may only be used toward in-studio cosmetic tattoo services provided by Tokiwa Lee. They are not valid for retail products, gratuity, or third-party services.
• Booking is required in advance and subject to availability.
• Possession of a gift card does not guarantee an appointment—please book early to ensure preferred scheduling.
• Gift cards may be redeemed for any service offered at Tokiwa Lee Studio, or for a custom amount, but must be booked in advance.
• If the gift card is for someone else, the recipient must follow the same booking and studio policies. Please ensure they are aware of our health and eligibility requirements before booking.
• All appointments must adhere to current studio policies regarding eligibility, health conditions, and pre-care/post-care guidelines.
